A Texas mosque opened fire just a few hours after Trump signed an executive resolution restricting immigration to the Muslim majority countries.

According to local reports, the Victoria Islamic Center was burning at 2 o'clock on Saturday.
Victoria's Fire Marshal Tom Legler has told Victoria Advocate that there are no theories about fire, but the state and federal fire investigators are asking for help.

"This is a house of worship," said Victoria's lawyer as the center's president, Shahid Hashmi, watched the center burn. Hashmi said he would not speculate on the cause of the fever, but that the center had survived theft last week.

Hashmi said the center hosts more than 100 community members. No one was injured in the fire.
On Sunday, Sunday, Sunday plans a public prayer on the grass for "pray for peace and security for all." The center said that it would be rebuilt with love and launched a GoFundMe donation community for financial support to do so. .

A few hours before the fire, after Friday afternoon, Trump signed the "Order of the Country to Protect the United States from Foreign Terrorism Entry" order. Under this order, citizens of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen were banned from entering the United States for at least the next 90 days. All refugee assumptions were suspended for at least 120 days and the acceptance of Syrian refugees was permanently suspended until the next announcement.

The decision includes an exception to the religious minorities facing religious atrocities, provided that it is a minority religion in the country where the individual is a citizen. In other words, there is a warning in non-Muslim countries for non-Muslims; The countries that make up the majority are making it a very special Muslim ban.

Since the election in November, there has been an increase in hate crimes across the country. Within a month after the election, the Southern Poverty Law Center found more than 1,000 reports of hate incidents. ThinkProgress keeps a tight record of targeted events and we've detected more than 250 hate cases. An important part of these is anti-Islamism.
The fire in Victoria comes only three weeks after the Islamic Center under construction in Austin is destroyed and destroyed.
